All commercially registered yachts over 24m LOA are required to comply with the ISM Code. The ISM Code and it’s standards have been set by the IMO (International Maritime Organisation) and are monitored internally by the vessels allocated management company and externally by the vessels flag state. The aim of ISM Code is to insure that all compliant yachts and their crew have well documented safety and operational procedures along with regular maintenance schedules that govern on board safety and pollution prevention.

Mega Yacht Solutions has a web based safety management system designed to simplify the transmission of procedures and policies as well as reducing the administrative burden on captains and crew whilst offering transparency to the yachts owning company.
