We offer an exclusive and bespoke personal service to potential and existing yacht owners who want to run their yacht at its optimum performance with the same due care and diligence as they run their own companies. The company is based on the Isle of Wight, in the UK and our operations extend around the world to wherever our managed fleet travels.  We employ staff with an engineering and operational background that ensures our team fully understand the functionality, service, and maintenance requirements for all the projects that we are involved with.

Role Description

This is a full-time varied task role for a Yacht Manager located on the Isle of Wight, with flexibility for remote work. The Yacht Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of multiple yachts, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards, coordinating yacht crew, and managing relationships with clients. The Yacht Manager will also be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance liaising with our in-house compliance team and managing budgets in conjunction with our financial management team.

Qualifications:

• Experience in yacht management and operations,
• Strong organizational and communication skills,
• Leadership and team management skills,
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively,
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance for yachts,
• Financial management and budgeting skills,
• Excellent problem-solving ability,
• Previous refit yacht refit experience is a plus,
• Knowledge of hospitality industry, or related field is a plus,
• Certification in yacht management or related field is a plus,
• Experience with new construction of yachts is a plus.

Salary

a competitive salary circa £30,000-45,000 p/a will be offered to the successful applicant based on experience.
