Overview
VALIANT is a 2004 Transpacific Eagle 40, a raised pilothouse trawler that exemplifies
seaworthiness, comfort, and practical design. Refitted in 2018-2019 with new instrumentation, new generator, new windlass, and soft goods, she is fully equipped and ready to cruise the Great Loop – or wherever your dreams may take you. Powered by a single 220hp Cummins engine, VALIANT delivers exceptional stability and economical long range performance. She features wide walk around decks, high bulwarks for safety and a spacious upper deck steering station, ideal for extended cruising. Inside her satin finished teak interior reflects thoughtful craftsmanship with a bright open saloon illuminated by five large sliding windows which also provide excellent ventilation. The well appointed galley offers generous storage and flows into a cozy dining area.
A short stairway leads to the pilothouse where a raised observation lounge and fully equipped helm offer commanding views and navigational control. Below the forward stateroom features an island queen berth and ample storage, with an adjacent head and separate stall shower.
Convertible sleeping arrangements in the saloon and pilothouse lounge allow for accommodating guests. With her tasteful upgrades, spacious layout and proven capabilities, VALIANT is a fine example of a well built long range cruiser ready to take you and your crew on new adventures.

Aft Deck
Easily board through spacious walkways leading to aft deck, or via swim platform to transom door. From the aft deck port side steps lead to flybridge and starboard door enters saloon. High, safe bulwarks with rails all around.

Beautiful woodwork throughout, with teak and holly sole, with new indoor shades and new cushions throughout. L-shaped convertible settee port with hi-lo table, straight settee starboard. Five large opening windows and an open design to the galley.
Clarion power amp APX480 marine stereo and Clarion CMD6 AM/FM/SAT radio, Insignia flat screen TV, and speakers are located in the flybridge, saloon, stateroom, and pilothouse. Weems and Plath tidal clock and barometer in both saloon and pilothouse. Also, a 12V DC plug.

Pilothouse
Up three steps from the saloon, the Pilothouse has the lower helm, opening doors port and starboard and large watch berth with hi-lo table and storage lockers. Two large opening windows and three panel front window.
Foredeck and Walkways
