Description
This Bluewater 46 is a limited production of a really nice sundeck motor yacht powered with twin Crusaders and generator. It offers two full state rooms (fore and aft) with separate heads. Also, a washer/dryer and a nice galley situation. This boat is a 'fixer' in that there was work that was not completed, so it does need some interior finishing and canvas. It’s an excellent buy for someone that wants to invest some sweat equity and come out with a really nice Bay & Delta motor Yacht.

Accommodations
After entering the sundeck, you proceed down the companionway into the salon, which has a large television, a lower helm and side cabinets. Facing the rear, down two steps to the master stateroom, island queen berth, lots of cabinetry (some cedar lined closets), a washer/dryer...and the bathroom with an electric head and tub shower.
Back up to the salon, moving forward, step down two steps to a full galley, (refrigerator/ freezer, stove and oven, microwave, & Corian countertop with stainless steel sinks). Across from the galley, a dinette with seating for four. Moving forward, there is an island berth in the stateroom and the bathroom has an electric head with separate shower.
